1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ramped Up Trailers website and any orders placed with Ramped Up Trailers ABN 57 689 722 361 ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes provided by Ramped Up Trailers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to change without notice after this period. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed order form and deposit payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
4. Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to commence manufacture. The balance is due prior to delivery or collection. We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment by other methods may be arranged by prior agreement.
5. Lead Times
All trailers are custom built to order. Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, material availability, and other factors. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as practicable.
6. Warranty
Ramped Up Trailers provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramped Up Trailers excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Returns and Cancellations
As all trailers are custom built to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once manufacture has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation after manufacture has commenced.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information only as necessary to process your enquiry or order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
